Is this a good budget build for a gaming PC?

This is the PC I'm planning on building, and would like to know how it would perform as a gaming PC. Here are the specifications:

yes but most people dont need it. for any sort of gaming as long as you have at least a quadcore it doesnt matter

Looks good, only thing I don't know about is the PSU (correct me). I normally use something like a 600w PSU but I don't know the pull from AMD architecture. What is the price of the total system? Looks great and should run everything fine.

Not really its $140 more and even though it may perform better, there is no need to spend the extra money for a processor that wont make a huge difference
 

*facepalm*
Intel CPUs' cores are WAY stronger than AMD's, so even the quad-core 4690K would CRUSH any (or almost any) octo-core CPU from AMD, especially when overclocked.
Also, Intel uses the 22nm manufacturing tech, which is faster than AMD's 32nm.

I was thinking of upgrading the motherboard and processor later on (at least 3-6 months after the PC is built) but to start of with I am going to stick with my current setup (board and CPU) as it's not too expensive.
