plz tell the components under rs 28000 which would be approx to $ 400.
it should play games like watchdogs at 720p with med settings at good frame rate.

Could not find 7770/7750 so

MSI AMD/ATI R7 250 2GD3 OC 2 GB DDR3 Graphics Card (6.5K).
It will serve your purpose and does not need extra power supply.

if i increase the ram to 8gb and gpu to gt730 2gb gddr5 will the psu's pwer supply be suffecient?

Yes, it will be sufficient.

And extra RAM takes only a minuscule of wattage.
