Help to find the best mobo for this build.

Hello there,
I was wondering If a gigabyte z97m ds3h or a z97m d3h is the best option to go with a
cpu:i5 4440 and a gpu:gigabyte geforce gtx750
for psu ive found a xfx 550Watt
for ram a 2x4(8GB) G.Skill ripjawsx 1600MHz
for tower ive a mid tower Corsair 200R Black
HHD:a western digitan 1TB Caviar Blue
no ssd for now.....
I would like you to give me this advice and anything else....you've noticed.Thank you!

This build is going for programming,gaming,streaming(probably in the future).Well,in the future im certainly positive in buying a better gpu....something like gigabyte gtx 760.....even though If i do that i will have to buy and an i5 with K :/
but anyway thats in the long future.....For now im focusing mostly for games,heavy programs for programing and 3D analysis....above electronics...
