So, after some more updating, and an increased budget I came about with some new components for my First build, note that I can't increase my budget no further than 10 U.s.
I'd like all of the suggested components to be avaible on this site: http://www.computersalg.dk/

GPU: MSI r9 270 GAMING
CPU: AMD Athlon x4 760k
RAM: Crucial ballistix sport 8gb
PSU: Cx600m 80+ bronze
Case: Corsair Spec-01
HDD: WD caviar blue 1TB
MOBO: A78M-e35 FM2
Wifi: Edimax 802.11b
Exhaust fan: AF120 quiet Eddition

Aswell as an Anti Static wristband.

Any help &-or Suggestions are welcome.
Thanks in advance.

You should get this PSU instead of the CX600M. It's much better quality and cheaper as well. 550W should easily be enough for that system.
If I were you I'd also get an AF140 instead of the AF120. Then you can take the stock 120mm fan out of the front and place it in the rear. So you'll still have an exhaust fan, but a more powerful intake as well.

The rest of it looks good, have you budgeted for a version of windows?

How would I go about changing the front fan to a rear one?
