Hello - after researching the parts to a budget gaming rig, this graphics card seems to be one of the most mentioned. Has anyone had any experience with this card, and if so, can it run games such as Fallout 3 (heavily modded with ENBs and hi-res texture packs) and Minecraft with shaders and mods?
To put it into more context, I'm hoping for my build to have 8GB of memory, a dual-core processor and a 19" monitor (if that is of any help).
