First of all, your AMD CPU is going to bottleneck many games so you can't compare results to someone who has a good Intel CPU.

Also, if you have VSYNC ON you may be capped at 60FPS.

*Finally, we'd need specific examples.

SKYRIM: can be over 40% higher FPS with a good Intel CPU like the i5-4690K

Starcraft 2: also gets bottlenecked by AMD CPU's as it only uses two cores.

BF4: tends to be fairly CLOSE comparing the FX-8320 and other good CPU's as the game is fairly well threaded.

BF4 Windows 7 vs 8:
Battlefield 4 runs better on Windows 8 due to some coding to take advantage of core management. Not aware of other games with this issue.

VIDEOS?
Careful comparing to videos online stating "X" performance level. A difference in the resolution, or any setting can severely alter the frame rate of a game.

Look at any games listed that you own, but again remember your AMD CPU will bottleneck most by varying degrees. Plus, may not be enough information for an EXACT comparison either (settings, part of game etc).

*Unless you are consistently WAY OFF I suspect you don't have a problem.

**I suggest using one of the 3DMark programs or similar so you can compare scores there especially the GPU portion.
