You need to know the brand of PCI card for starters.
Then the model.
Go to the card manufacturers sight and down load them.
Edit
If the manufacturer doesn't have them, they don't exist.
The only chance is Vista drivers.

You're mainly right, however some models support up to Windows 8 so not sure why you mention Vista. For example:

For this card, it came with a CD however as said if you don't have that go to the Manufacturer website, then SUPPORT, and find the EXACT model of card, get the drivers for the OS and install.

I never looked at what was available, on the web sight
He/she asked about win 7 drivers, and some vista drivers work on win 7, if there is nothing else.
Many devices drivers just stop at XP, and I assumed that was the problem.
