Hello,

As tittle says i have a problem with CPU usage and still after trying to solve the problem i can't fix it. I have read many posts, downloaded drivers and still nothing.

Usually it happens when i try to watch a movie from CD or online. Even when i don't and just using a cursor... A few screens that may help, u find it below.

Simply all i want is to fix it as soon as possible, step by step, from easiest to harderst. Thank u!

Your computer uses a AMD APU with what looks like a single core. I would wager that because it's doing the GPU's work (having to draw the screen and decode videos etc) on top of managing the background processes that what your seeing is just normal.

How long has this been going on? This is normal behavior for Windows 7 after a fresh install. The Win 7 "install" DVD is actually just a generic Win 7 system image which is copied to your HDD. After its first reboot, it rearranges files and optimizes databases in the background to speed up its operations and boot times on your particular hardware.

I've seen it peg the CPU to 100% anywhere from 20 min to a few hours. One system it did this for 2-3 days because every time the user saw the CPU meter pegged, he thought something was wrong and rebooted. Try leaving the computer on overnight (make sure it doesn't go into suspend or hibernate) and see if the problem takes care of itself.

PsyKhiqZero: Yes, after reading serveral threads i think that all work is based on CPU not CPU and GPU but i didn't know that AMD APU is for a single core.. So i guess i need to uninstall it and then download the right one for 2 cores, but whats it name?

drumminandstuff93: I'll do it in next 5 minutes and let u know if helped.

Solandri: The problem is all the time.. i can't work on the laptop. Everything is going slow, stutters even if doing things like sliding the window...

Malwarebytes haven't helped. There were like 800 detected object. All of them has been deleted from the computer and then i did restart but still same problem

Well it's a bit odd that the task manager is only showing 1 of 2 cores. Have your run all your windows updates? Mybe you don't have the proper chipset driver. Also you said this was a fresh install. Did you simply restore the laptop with the restore disk or use a windows disk? Things like mypc backup and pennybeew shouldn't be there.
