Solution
The best is a $3000 Nvidia card, as I recall.

Now lets get serious.
What is your budget, and power supply,

The accual brand and model of your motherboard, so we can asses the PCI-e 16 slot.

We need to know about the power supply.
Brand
Watts

Graphics card are dependent on power supply size, and most prebuilt computers have the very minamum.

A shot in the dark for a very good card that has been doing wonders for older, and low end new computers is the GTX 750Ti, but it starts at $140.

I see your budget is $100

Edit
Did it change to $82, or was I seeing things.

The best solution is what is available, to you, in your price range.

If you could post some links, to where you will buy this it would be helpful.

I'm not a gamer, but even I can see from your list, you are not going to get much for 5000rs.

Anything less than a GTX 750Ti would not be good for those games. 8472rs, is what you need to spend.

The GTX 750Ti is still entry level gaming.

If you give me a sight to choose from, I can tell you the best for 5000rs.

It is NOT a problem, But I already said that above.

Memory on the GPU has no connection to the CPU, or motherboard.

The other thing that might matter!
Is your PCI-e slot version 1.0.

If it is I wouldn't bother, as it might not work, and you won't know till you try it.

I can't tell you, it is not in the specs, but the age is about right for 1.0

Here is a list of cards and their ranking

You can find the 640 @ 1288 passmark score.
The a 750Ti has a score of 3671

Again, if you have a PCI-e VERSION 1.0, you won't know if it will work until you try it.

A waste of money IMO, as the computer is too old for anything but surfing the net.

Can't help you on that, if it is not in the specs, and it could take hours to figure it out.
That is usually the problem, as it was new, they didn't say 1.0.

If it is 1.1, it is more likely to be in the specs.

1.0a came out in 2003
1.1 2005
2.0 Jan 2007

What was the date your board came out.

Acording to this 2.0 video cards should work, but no guarantees.

From Wikipedia
"PCI Express 2.1

PCI Express 2.1 supports a large proportion of the management, support, and troubleshooting systems planned for full implementation in PCI Express 3.0. However, the speed is the same as PCI Express 2.0. Unfortunately, the increase in power from the slot breaks backward compatibility between PCI Express 2.1 cards and some older motherboards with 1.0/1.0a, but most motherboards with PCI Express 1.1 connectors are provided with a BIOS update by their manufacturers through utilities to support backward compatibility of cards with PCIe 2.1."

Unless you are sure the mother board is 1.1, and you can get a BIOS update, I wouldn't take the chance.

If you do try and it doesn't work, you have the first part og your new build.

The G41 ICH7 chip set on your board supports PCI-e 1.1
http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/chipsets/mainstream-chipsets/g41-express-chipset.html

So I'd say in theory a 1.1, or a 2.0 video card should work, no guarantee.

If Simtronics has a BIOS update, for 2.1, then you can update it, for 2.1 cards.

Is this your board?

This is the down load page, and I see NO BIOS update, so I think you are out of luck as far as 2.1 or newer cards are concerned.
