I recently picked up BF4, and I was kind of disappointed with my framerates. Now, I don't expect a constant 60+ FPS framerate on full 64 player servers with huge maps, but I'm currently averaging 30-40 FPS, even on smaller maps. The weird part is that, after monitoring usage, the GPU is only averaging about 70% load. My CPU (FX 8120 @ 4.0 GHz) doesn't appear to be bottlenecking. All 8 cores are averaging about 70% load as well, with no spikes. The GPU is about 65C after playing for 2 hours, and the CPU is about 40C after the same amount of time.
Does anyone have any clue about why I am seeing this kind of performance, and/or have any tips for increasing performance? Or perhaps this is normal?

I was asking about the guy with the 780 getting comparable performance with me. A lot of people seem to be reporting that upgrading to Windows 8 gives them a huge boost in performance.
