On Laptop currently. My PC won't turn on after upgrading it's GPU to a 760 and Don't know why it wont turn on..

Is it because of my PSU or something I didn't plug in??

CPU/APU: AMD A10-7850K
Storage: WD 1 TB
Current GPU now: Geforce GTX 760
PS: CX 600M
MOBO: MSI A88X-G43
RAM: G Skills Sniper Series 8GB

Will it not turn on at all? Or does it freeze on startup? Or does it turn on but you get no display?
