hi people
actually before that I always used to search what i want in google or in this forum
this time I searched and searched alot , didn find an appropriate anwser
so just please help me out 

what i achieved by now for a new rendering and 3d working rig:

CPU: i7 4930k
Main: Asus-P9x79/P9x79 deluxe/sabertooth x79 (not sure which and i dont have much more money and other chipper choices around my neighbourhood )
Memory: Corsair Dominator GT 2133mhz 4x4gb 9-11-10-27
GPU: Quadro k600 1gb (just to be good in modeling and huge scenes , cause i dont want to use gpu rendering , i just found quadro cards much better in autodesk maya/max default views )
SSD: 840 PRO 256 or 850 Pro 256
HDD: 1TB WD Black
PSU: Corsair RM850 80Plus Gold

1. are those memory series compatible with those mobos ? because I didn’t find ,em in qvl ,s !
2. Im an oc newbie So what is my main question is could I use 2133mhz without overclocking cpu just by turing on xmp and turbo boost ? or if I need to oc cpu little bit is it nessecary to use any type of cooler or somethin …?Stability and money is my first priority here
3. if i can not reach to 2133 without oc cpu is it logical to buy cl9 2133 or just go for 1866 cl9 or 11 ?
4. is oc cpu or ram affect on gpu also ?

many tnx

Solution
For 3D software, rendering etc the higher freq helps as much is actually done ifn DRAM so it goes faster, and 2133 should be fine w/ the CPU...as far as cooling, can simply look at the Hyper 212 EVO (about $35) it costs less and is a better cooler than a H^), need about a H100 to top an EVO

many thanx tradesman1 :)
actually i wanna make this build for a customer so i imagine they dont have any idea about oc ! so better not to go after it maybe ...

what is confused me is that what is the matter of low timing and high frequencies when u don want to oc specially when u dont have any plan for gaming just working with 3d softwares and render fast )) . i mean isn it much better to push to someting like (Corsair Vengeance Pro 32GB 8GBx4 2133Mhz cl11) with not much a difference in price ! ?

Final questions :

1. so as u saying those sets of memory stable and good in 1866 cl9. im asking because i didnt find this sets in qvl of those mainboards ! there is also another choice dominator 9-11-11-31

2. if i want to just lick oc for 2133 maybe at 4.0ghz what kind of cooler is enough? is corsair h60 do the job ? (i just want a very basic oc so it can be stable and okay 24/7)

tnx

anyway is a 4x8gb Corsair Vengeance 2133 with timing of 11-11-11-27 better or a 4x4gb cl9 set. is Vengeance can run in 1866 on asus x79 le ?? tnx again ;)
im asking because bu now i dont have any better choices in my neighbourhood! yeah ... thats sucks :d
