Hey folks,

I have an important question for you guys.
1)Will this processor bottleneck the gtx770?
2) This isn't a high quality PSU. But is it enough? (PS: I have a huge fan which blows tons of air into my case)
3) How many fps on League of legends and how much on BF4?
4) Will i have any problems running this PC?

THANK YOU SO MUCH!

1, No, but the 4690K is way better
2, Corsair VS PSUs are made with low-quality parts. Get a different unit by Antec, EVGA, Seasonic, XFX, etc.
3, I never played BF4, I'd say 40-60. LoL depends on your internet connection.
4, No, everything is good to go!

Thanks for the quick response :)
Is the 4460 good enough? (i know the 4690k is better...)
Will i have any trouble with the corsaire? (and do you mean the capxon capacitors with "parts"?)

Yes,the 4460 is good enough.
You might have problems, but why risk it with such a high-end gaming build?
It would be safer to get a higher quality PSU.

1, yes, it's good:)
2, I honestly don't have any idea. Probably? A LOT and by that, I mean A LOT of experts in the TH community say so... I guess that's parts in general.

I have a tier 3 PSU :s Is this bad?

I wouldn't like to be rude, but it's kinda bad:( If you would like to replace your PSU, I would suggest the EVGA SuperNOVA 750 B2.

Not if OP runs SLI/Crossfire/a high-end AMD card such as the 270X. The 270X needs at least 750 watts.

750W is way too much.A 550W quality PSU is just enough, but not suitable for upgrades. ;)

Read my last post?
BTW you can get the 750 B2 for just a few bucks more than the XFX 550 watt unit you posted.

Are you insane? 750W?
750W is too much even for a GTX 780 Ti. Or an R9 290X.

Why exactly is it a risk?

Those bad capacitors can't handle higher loads. Basically,if you play games for 1 or more hours, you risk overloading the capacitors, killing them and damaging the GPU and the same time.

The guy above me is right. 750W is overkill. This amount is required for 2 high end cards.

And what if i have 3 fans to keep it cool?

That may help.
But 10/10 people on this forum that know something about PSUs will check the list that I've given you and tell you that the VS650 isn't the best option.

The B2 is made by Super Flower, which is a great OEM. And you can only overload the capacitors if you put too much load on them. You can't put too much load on a capacitor if you only play games for an hour...

Having more power than necessary is better than not having enough power and getting a new PSU.
