My 40 inch Element tv will not display the whole desktop.

The screen worked perfect the first time I used it for a monitor, but after that it just stopped letting me see the whole desktop. Any solutions? My GPU is a gtx 770 and I have turned off scaling in the Nvidia control panel. The display is 1920 x 1080p 60Hz.

If you are able to resize the image through your TV's menu, I would try that first. Otherwise you can go into Nvidia control panel and go to the "size" tab on the display you want to edit, then check "enable desktop resizing" and click "resize".

These options will be under Display>>Adjust Desktop size and position in the nvidia control panel
