So i just purchased a laptop yesterday and even though i can't go back and give it, i would just like to know i made the right choice. I do want to game, maybe run BF4 in 1920x1080 at medium settings? Maybe this won't do ARGH. Anwyay, apart from the CPU/GPU pls inform me of any additional pros/cons of each laptop. Thank you.

1. Lenovo Z50-70 (my laptop)
i7-4510U 4M cache upto 3.1GHz
nVIDIA 840m 4GB ddr3
8GB RAM
1TB HDD (no SSD)
15.6" FHD (1920x1080)
4-cell battery

2. Acer Aspire v5-573PG
i5-4210U 3M cache upto 2.7GHz
nVIDIA 750M 4GB ddr3
8GB RAM
500GB HDD (no SSD)
15.6" 1366x768
4-cell battery

3. ASUS K551LN-XX201H
i7-4500u 3M cache GHz 1.86GHz upto 3GHz
nVIDIA 840M 4GB ddr3
8GB RAM
1TB HDD + 24GB SSD
15.6" 1366x768
4-cell battery

I was leaning toward the ASUS at first but i decided to go with lenovo as it offered better processing speed and gave a FHD screen. But now, i'm thinking that a 1366*768 would have been better for the medium-level 840M, or am i wrong? I really hope I'm wrong and that 840M can handle 1920*1080.
The acer obviously has the best GPU but would be bottlenecked by the i5. Plus there were other factors such as a 1-year warranty etc.

Anyway, so my questions are these -
1. which is the better laptop?
2. is 840m good enough to play 2014 games in 1920*1080 at medium-high settings?
3. can 840m handle 1920*1080?
4. pros/cons of each laptop if you know them (battery life/feel/sharpness of screen etc.)[/b]

Thanks!

1. which is the better laptop?
Better than what? For god's sake, learn some grammar. "best" is the word you should've used. Anyway, it is still a relative term and so I will explain taking into account my opinion and probably nothing else: None of those CPUs are "high-performers" but Lenovo's and Asus' should do the work, I'd rather lean towards Asus because an 840m will perform better on 768p resolution than it would on 1080p and it has an SSD which is a plus, I would only pick the lenovo if I needed 1080p (let's say I wanted to watch 1080p movies).

2. is 840m good enough to play 2014 games in 1920*1080 at medium-high settings? Anything below 850m is not designed for gaming and it won't run modern games smoothly at 1080p...

Even Intel Integrated Graphics Processor Units can handle 1920*1080p, the question is wether it performs well or not. It performs well if you're just looking to pick a laptop that will be of your usage when watching movies, it won't perform any good when gaming. Nothing below 860m will.

4. pros/cons of each laptop if you know them (battery life/feel/sharpness of screen etc.)[/b]
The 750m is actually slightly better perfomance-wise than 840m, but it will also draw more power and produce more heat during the process, I would cross out the Acer. The lenovo's CPU is slightly better than the Asus' and has an (even though worse general quality) screen with higher resolution. The Asus' has an SSD and 768p resolution which will make gaming smoother
