Hello,
I am building a budget PC, but I cannot get the PC to show anything on the monitor, and there are no POST sounds. Motherboard LEDs show, power supply is good, CPU feel hot to the touch after boot.

My specs are:
M5A78 Asus Motherboard
Phenom ii x4 @3.0ghz
550 Watt Ultra PSU
8gb 1600mhz ram
1Tb hdd

I am doing a breadboard testing. When I first put my CPU in, I noticed a few bent pins, but I straightened them out with a credit card. I tried booting up just to get to BIOS with the motherboard, CPU, RAM, and monitor. No sounds, cannot get visuals on screen. I took out the RAM to see if there would be a POST, but nothing. I replaced the speaker with the speaker from the PC i am using now.

I can't seem to figure out why my PC is not booting and why there are no POST sounds. I am also wondering if I need to underclock my RAM from 1600 to 1333.
