Solution
zeyuanfu told me that you can shift the fan from the hyper evo 212 up 10 mm, so you can go with the hyper evo 212 after all. I did not know this.

I personally like Intel better, even though the specs may be slower for the money, they are more reliable. Might go with a CX850W Modular. One more quick recommendation... Buy everything off of amazon... It saves a pant-load on shipping compared to newegg.

how is intel more reliable? intells high end PCU's are better then AMD's that's a fact, they are also less powerconsuming but not less reliable

I would like to go with Intel over AMD but sadly they are mostly out of my price range. Also, Thanks for the tip! I do have amazon prime, so it would probably be better that way.

dont forget the hyper evo 212 will block a RAM slot. the hyper evo 212 has a clearance of 37mm, so that means if you want to utilise all 4 AM slots you should look for RAM that doesnt exceed the hight of 37mm or just buy RAM without special coating.
are you also getting case fans? it seems that one comes with an exhaust fan only so it would be good if you could get 2 case fans, one for the front and one for the sidepanel so you get a positive pressure in your case. this is important for your cooling, you want enough air to cool right? ;)

From my personal experience, AMD has not been successful for me... that's all.

should get low profile RAM for future upgrading as the hyper evo 212 blocks a RAM slot

I disagree with the motherboard and HDD selection. Go with a Western Digital 1TB HDD and a Gigabyte GA-B85-HD3. Those choices are more reliable...

Would this work? Corsair Air Series SP120 Quiet Edition Twin Pack Fan (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B007RESFR2)

The fan on the HS can be slid up about 10 mm.

There was a website that had a few thousand HDDs and they said that they 'would only get Hitachi drives because of the low rate of failure'. Also, 8-series mobos need a BIOS update before using them with a Haswell Refresh CPU, which the 4690K is based on.

They're kind of a ripoff. You can get Noctua fans for less.
