Help for my custom build

I'm looking to build my custom gaming rig and need some help figuring out all the parts I need. This is what I have so far:

**CPU** | Intel Core i5-4690K
**Motherboard** | Asus Z97-A ATX LGA1150
**Memory** | G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600
**Storage** | Crucial M500 240GB SSD
**Video Card** | Sapphire Radeon R9 290 4GB Tri-X
**Case** | Corsair 450D ATX Mid Tower Case
**Optical Drive** | Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer

What's the right CPU cooler/thermal paste/power supply to complete this build? (will OC the CPU down the road)
Going to game most likely in 1080p (maybe 1440p or triple 1080p).

How aggressive of an overclock do you want?

hyper 212 evo for mild overclocks, Noctua NH-D14 for aggressive overclocks. Paste comes with them.

For PSU, this would be a good fit. It's overkill, but it's nice to have headroom.

I'm not looking to overclock agressively tbh, around 4Ghz at most (still newbie at this).
For PSU is 650 enough? I was think of getting Seasonic 750W. would that be overkill, or just to be safe?

Yes, it is overkill, but nothing wrong with that. Just a question of your budget. That Seasonic is one of the best 750W around. Extreme high quality.

Thanks for the recommendation. Forgot to mention that I will add a sound card later. so will 650W suffice then?

Yes, that PSU will be enough, even if you add a sound card.
