Good prices on the CPU, RAM, SSD, GPU, overpaying on the CPU cooler, motherboard, case and PSU. You don't need a fan and you're going to need an HDD for mass storage, a 128GB SSD won't be enough.
May I ask how you did get those excellent prices on the CPU, RAM, SSD and GPU?

craigs list... throw them a really low stupid price then meet middle (make sure its new) . was also able to buy 16gb 2400 mhz gaming ram for 100 bucks...
