Hi everyone. Recently shampoo spilled on my laptop and the guys at the store cleaned it and replaced the motherboard.
laptop came to me 2 weeks ago and it was overheating. heat of the GPU or CPU exceeds 100 and it shuts down.

the air coming from the fan is not hot as usual when heat is 90c the air used to be very hot.

Ihave returned it to the store again and they say it may be the new motherboard causing the problem or the heatsink.

After a week they say that the heatsink and the fan are good and they dont know the problem yet. For me i think that the shampoo may have done something to the heatsink or the fan and it is not a motherboard problem as the heat coming from the fan is very low compared to the 96 97 c inside the laptop when gaming. when doing other things the laptop runs at 50c and i believe it is good enough.

I totally appreciate your opinions and help.

It sounds like the heatsink is not properly connected to the components if the heat is not conducting to them.
