I have the latest set-point and fresh batteries. Seems to be a connection issue... What could be the problem?

If it is try plugging the receiver into a USB port that's closer to where the mouse is. I've had the same problem with other Logitech mice and I've either had to move the receiver or use a bundled USB extension. Upvote 0 Downvote
