Help my black op 2 won't load !!!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!..

i've recently bought black ops 2 from steam and after installng only the multiplayer part of the game (i had a choice not to install the campaign as i have already done this on a console) so after downloading and installing the multipayer i go to load the game up and it starts to load it first being on steam it tries to install directx before it loads then as its about to load up to go full screen my pc freezes up and then restarts its self i have had no problems playing other games like battlefield 3 tom clancys ghost recon phantoms they all play well i am just having trouble with black ops 2

Pc Specs;
CPU: AMD FX (tm)-6100 Six-Core Processor
RAM: 8gb Ram
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GT 630
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

thanks for your answer the gpu might not be t he best but im pretty sure it should be able to run a game like call of duty im playing battlefield 3 and ghost recon phantoms with no problems at all not so much play time on bf3 but regardless i am playing alot of games perfectly with this gpu so that clearly isn't the problem here

but that wouldn't cause my pc to shut down would it surely it could load the menus and stuff so i could play it on the lowest detail surely, if i can load battlefield 3 which in my eyes has alot more graphics to load/process but i can't even load a game to the menu on call of duty black ops 2

there must be some sort of error going on, in my pc somewhere for it not to boot at all the multiplayer part of the game that is cos trying to load that it tries to install directx then as that finishes to boot the game my pc crashes and is forced to restart

i'm not sure for it to restart from a over heat i would probably have to play the game for it to do that even the minimum spec to play the game the card should play the game it dont even start

the campaign part of the game is almost downloaded so i'll see what happens there i dont see it being a fault with my pc atm as i can play all kinds of games just fine even some that demand more than black ops 2

just tried to load the campaign program of the game same problem temp were fine pc just froze up and was then forced to restart it doesn't even get around to booting the game nothing comes up on my screen it just freezes my pc up and then it restarts

180f is a high temp for a CPU but playing games on high Graphics setting on that video card could be 190f but im not sure ether and check the logs

it's not overheating it's just not booting the game up after the directx thing then when that closes to try boot game nothing happens then my pc freezes and is forced to restart
