I built this very budget rig and tried to get the best for my money. Right now I have the msi z87 gaming mobo
With an intel i5 4430 cpu( I know its not unlocked so no oc with the mobo)
1 corsair 90g ssd (for boot of course)
2 western digital 1tb hdd in Raid 0
4×4 stick of vengace blue ram total 16g of ram
Corsair 750 watt psu(partly modular)
AMD radeon 6670 graphics card.
All in the wonderful Raidmax serian case (http://raidmax.com/chassis/seiran.html)
Im wanting to upgrade my cooling and video card and add 2 more 1tb hdd for raid 5. For video cards I wanna stick below 200. But will do 300 if its the best for my current system. The hdds im not worried about. But the cooling... currently I have the case exaust at the back. I have the larger fan exaughst on the side and the hdd bay fan intake at the top. I want to maybe add a custom water cooling to the cpu and video card. So the new card needs to be able to work with it. Help me out and ill give you all my internets. Thank you in advance :D:D

I'd say the priority should be for a better GPU like this one : http://www.ncixus.com/products/?sku=98788&vpn=GV-R928WF3OC-3GD&manufacture=Gigabyte&promoid=1011

Water cooling isn't a smart option since your CPU isn't overclockable anyways so a good aftermarket cooler like this one will keep it cool and smart : http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-Hyper-212-RR-212E-20PK-R2/dp/B005O65JXI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1409464606&sr=8-1&keywords=hyper+evo+212

Case Fans (x4) : http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-SickleFlow-120-Radiators/dp/B0026ZPFCK/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1409464644&sr=8-2&keywords=Cooler+master+case+fans

That won't break the budget and You'll have the availability to get another 1TB HDD from Seagate at a later point when u have...

Total is roughly 273 Bucks.

lol nothing about your build except the graphics card and the SSD maybe seems to be a budget build, and really SSDs of any size aren't typically budget items.

Anyways, I would suggest not worrying about the CPU cooling at all. If you really are worried, I would get a cheap budget cooler like a SilentX cooler or a low end Coolermaster cooler. You don't really need a better one unless you are overclocking. Speaking of which, you can overclock your CPU a little with FSB, might get an extra few hundred Ghz. On an i3 I had before I got 3.5Ghz up from 3.3Ghz with a major drop in power consumption at the same time, that thing was very cool always. Long story short, a water cooler for the CPU without overclocking would be a complete waste of money.

As for graphics card,
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202099

This will be a big jump up in performance. Its slightly over $200 but its the best price/performance at around that price.

Go with the GPU that luca suggested. You don't really need anything other than that. Having 2 HDDs in RAID seems pointless unless you need the extra speed. If it's for productivity stuff, then go for it, otherwise it's pointless in my opinion. You'd jsut be looking at loading speeds, which SSDs would be faster anyways. And IInuyasha makes good points on his suggestions. No need for cooling. Just clean that heatsink out once in a while and you'll be fine.

Thank you guys for the help. You all get my internets. Im going to go with what luca said and grab the gpu.
Im the guy that wants an uber quiet pc and super cool pc. Heheh ill look into that heatsink as well and better fans thanks again your all awesome

Just a heads up if you are wanting quiet, probably SilentX is who you want to look for the CPU cooler. They are similar in design to the Coolermaster Hyper 212, but where that was designed for the best performance possible it uses faster fans which push more air and get louder.
The SilentX doesn't push quite as much air, but they specialize in being quiet, so they only use fans that run quieter than the average. They don't work quite as good, but they are still a lot better than the stock cooler. Just an idea.
