I am planning on building a gaming pc and would like to be able to play battlefield 4 on ultra with good framerate. I will not be overclocking. Here are the specs:

If I cannot run it on ultra what component would I need to change to be able to? I was thinking of switching the r9 280 for the r9 280x but it would cost atleast $50 more so would i see a significant performance boost? Thanks
