We finished building a PC today and we ran into the problem of no display when trying to get the bios to boot or anything to display on the monitor. No beeps
We checked the ram, 8 pins, 12 pins, graphics card. we placed and moved components multiple times, removing and placing back in testing every time there was a change.
Hoping someone can help us, or give us ides on how to fix this problem because he have been at it for 6 hrs no with so success.

motherboard: Asus Sabertooth Z87
i-core i5-4690k
liquid cooling: H80i
Graphics card: Gtx 770 windforce
Power: CX 600w
Ram: Ripjaw x2 4GB
