I have a AMD A4 3305M APU Laptop. It's operating frequency is 1.9 GHz.It has a Turbocore feature. It can be turboboost easily to 2.5 GHz when needed.I have Overclocked it using FusionTweaker.I have overclocked to 2.8 GHz. I really got increase in fps. I didn't got any change in temp.
It's 50C at no use and 90+C after heavy use like gaming. Is it a safe temp. Also AMD states that highly operating temp. for an APU is 100C.

OCing your laptop is risky. I smelt my laptop smoking! That too with only GPU OC.

Then it's ok but use a cooling pad.
