Here is what I say and you might want to take into consideration:

Change the motherboard to a Z97 as the CPU is unlocked and can be overclocked as the B85 is not suitable for overclocking.

As you have an air cooler which tend to be bulky, try a lower RAM to have more clearance. Try G.Skill Ripjaws series or Trident series. They will cost about the same and are lower.

The PSU is a tier 2 which is great and perfect however you wouldn't need 750W unless you plan a Crossfire. If you can find a 650-700W for cheaper and in tier 1 or 2 then go for it.

Here's the tier list if you are curious.

And the very last thing, have you considered MSY for cheaper parts.

1. get a Z97 mobo. You may want to overclock in future. It's only 25$ more. If you do not save some money by buying i5 4690.

2. If you do not want to SLI Seasonic M12II 650 or XFX pro 650 is a great choice.

3.Spec 3 is great, I myself use a Spec 02, but they are a bit narrow and can not mount larger CPU coolers. For 5$ extra I would get this one

And if you have the budget, a small SSD will do wonders to your system.
