Windows 7 takes 5 min to be operational

Hello

I am here once again requesting the people from this forum help because I have a problem with my pc. It takes almost 5 min to be fully operational and I get this dark screen for like 15 secs and then the welcome screen and it takes kind of a lot so I can use it properly, In addition to that It takes me a lot when I try to create a folder or something like that. Other than that I works just fine, I regularly use Advanced System Care Pro Version and Bit Defender total security and also Malware bytes Anti Malware.

So any ideas?

when was the last time you chkdsk /f 'd it?

Honestly, if you want speed, get an SSD, a 256GB, reload windows on it and use the HDD as a data drive. Move your Desktop, Docs, DL's to it and load the games onto the HDD.

Right now I am setup w/ a 256GB SSD for boot, a 2tb Data, and a 256GB game drive.

Its a crappy mobo, It has 2.5 rating out of 5 xD

But is the problem my ram?
