That's a great build for the price. But the non-OCability of CPU and MoBo may limit the performance. You can instead get FX 8+MoBo+cooler for that price and OC it to get better performance vs the i5. Something like:

Hi, I have in-facted changed my build for fit future overclocking and an SSD when I have the required money. Please let me know about your thoughts!

^ looks great now, if you do want to overclock in the future remember to get a cpu cooler, like a noctua nh d14 or a evo 212 if you wanted only small overclocks, rest of the build is good

cheers, yes. i am assuming those are quiet. i've heard corsair's stuff is loud.

Yeah some people do have issues with the closed loop coolers, noctua are the go to for quiet and performance cpu coolers, but build is great now, I'd say high settings on almost any game 40-60fps 1080p
