That's a great build for the price. But the non-OCability of CPU and MoBo may limit the performance. You can instead get FX 8+MoBo+cooler for that price and OC it to get better performance vs the i5. Something like: http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/7dB26h

Yeah some people do have issues with the closed loop coolers, noctua are the go to for quiet and performance cpu coolers, but build is great now, I'd say high settings on almost any game 40-60fps 1080p
