- I have a TBS 6981 satellite twin tuner card which after transplanting my motherboard to a new case won't start. PC is running a fresh install of Windows 7 32bit, all drivers up to date and reinstalled, card has been tried in all available pcie slots with the same result.
The card is warm to touch so is drawing power, it just refuses to start!
