Skyrim Mouse lag, good fps

I have good fps in Skyrim, i started to have mouse lag suddendly when before it was normal, smooth. Now its not. How to fix it?

i repaired it myself
i turned off Vsync in NVIDIA control panel for Skyrim program, and i changed windows 7 into basic colors ( this loooks like windows 98 ) now i do not have mouse lag

Well sounds like the problem is your pc is not powerful enough.
