Hi there, not sure if I'm in the right place to ask such a question, but here it goes.
So I work in a college as IT admin and me and some students have an idea to host a web server with owncloud for every student and teacher to keep their study files (online services isn't an option way to expensive and the budget for pc pays off in 5 months)
We need about 3TB of storage.
The budget is about 700-800$
I guess I need 8GB RAM and i5 and no diea what MOBO or CPU :/
