white horizontal lines

Hello, i have a toshiba satellite laptop 2 years old. There are so many white lines on my screen after the start up.but when i change to safe mode all the screen is ok.where is the problem is it in LCD?on just only in cable wires?

It might be the graphics driver or simple a wrong screen resolution. Goto the Toshiba support site and download and install the newest graphics driver for your model. If that doesn't fix the problem, come back here.
It doesn't happen in save mode, because Windows uses a standard drive in save mode, so it is not a hardware problem.
