Can't remove 24 pin motherboard power connector.

So I started my first build yesterday and I have done my test boot up and everything is working fine. However now I need to unplug everything and put it into my case. My problem is the the 24 pin connector won't budge. I was wondering if there is any certain method to remove it as it simply won't budge

There is a clip on one side of the connector which you need to squeeze before you can pull the whole thing out. I usually wiggle connector to help get it out when pulling.
