Suggest monitor 2ms or 7ms

I changing my monitor please suggest me best one from this two

1 DELL S2240L
or
2 AOC e2262Vwh

i am not playing big games on my pc so i would go to 7ms dell or 2ms Aoc??

AOC e2262Vwh has TN matrix which is lame. DELL S2240L is glossy... Personally, I would not pick any of this two. I suggest you pick any monitor of a well known brand with matte IPS matrix. Refresh is not the thing you should look at. If you got money for overpriced DELL - look for Dell P2214H Professional.
