Or, you could create a recovery media (on DVD or USB, I am not familiar with Samsung Ultrabooks, but I'll bet there must be a way) and start a master restore from there. In other words, reinstall Windows onto the SSD rather than clone the HDD.
It should give you more information than an error code. Perhaps this would help.

It just said something like failed to clone. I don't really know what I'm doing other than following the instructions so haven't tried anything else
