Does this build Look Good? (High End) Will it Bottleneck anything?

SDD: SEAGATE 1TB 7200RPM 3.5" SATA (ST1000DX001) Hybrid SSD hard drive
GPU: 2-Way Sli EVGA GTX770 2GB GDDR5 256BIT SUPERCLOCKED w/ EVGA ACX COOLER (02G-P4-2774-KR)
Memory: Corsair 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3-1866 Vengeance DIMM
Optical Driver: ASUS 24D3ST BLACK 24X SATA
PSU: AEROCOOL STRIKE-X 800W 80+ SILVER MOD
Chassis: RAIDMAX AGUSTA USB3.0 Chassis
CPU Cooler: COOLER MASTER NEPTON 140XL (RL-N14X-20PK-R1) CPU LIQUID COOLER

What do you think? Will it cost any bottlenecks?
Will it do good on high end games? High FPS?

Recommend me some changes on those build. thank you :)

That CPU doesn't even block a 4-way SLI/Crossfire.. Yes, it will do easy on high end games with very good FPS..

I'd prefer an i7 4790k and Asus Z97-A or ASRock Z97 Extreme 4

Or even an i5 4690k would be fine.

And a much better power supply. For 2 x 770's you need 850+W eg Seasonic 850, XFX 850, Corsair AX860 or Antec HCG 850M
