I`m new to computer building, its my first time building one so I have a question about what PSU should I get, is what im getting an overkill or should I get something else.

This is my build as for now : http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/fHVMMp
Should I tweak something in it or is it fine ?

Also, how high will I get with overclocking with this setup ?

Solution
500W is recommended for a 270x, I changed it to a quality XFX. Other than that I tweaked the motherboard to a UD3P as it has a better power phrase design than the ASUS one you selected, this will help keep vrm temps down when overclocking.

With this setup I think you can at least get to 4.0ghz, tho its luck of the draw as to if you get a good chip or not to push it much higher. These chips do not like being run over 65°C
