Problem with Sapphire HD 5970

Hello,
I have a problem with my HD 5970 and I would like to share it with you!!

First of all my computer consists
CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 Six Core 1090T Black Edition
MOBO: Asus Crosshair IV Formula AMD 890FX
RAM: Corsair XMS3 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3
VIDEO GARD: Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 5970 2048MB
PSU: Toughpower 1200W

Now In all games that I play I get splashing by black pixels....

As you can see on the picture below even if I play miniclips games I have this problem

I have remove drivers and Installed older I clear the computer drivers with driver sweeper I have also upgrade my motherboard bios into the newest but the problem still exists

Any ideas of what causes this problem ?

Try a different monitor then cable then gpu.

Thanks for reply... I have try different monitor and different cable seems like my video card is dying!!

I don't know !!!

If someone knows what really cause this kind of problem please let me know!!

Try a different graphics card now. And try your graphics card in another pc.
