I have
Core i5 2400 upto 3.4Ghz
6gb ddr3 ram
WD HDD 7200RPM
GTX 750 ti Oced Boosts @ 1189Mhz

So currently i have 1280x1024 which is not 16:9 and is a small 17".
It plays Crysis 3 , Battlefield 4 , Tomb Raider , Last Light, Redux , Black Flag @ High to Ultra settings at 720p.

I got good result and getting a TV.
So there is a 32f4000 which is 1366x768
and 32f5000 which is 1080p

I will also be buying A4tech Keyboard Mouse 7100n

Both have gaming mode so they wont have input lag?

Question1:
I will play from over 6 feet so what will be the difference between 720p and 1080p?

Question2:
If i buy 1080p will i get less fps in new games. And at a 1080p screen when u lower resolution u get black bars. Where as in 720p Native will look nice and good fps.

These games aren't out yes, and official system requirements isn't there. But I'd say you'd be able to run those games from low to some high settings on 1080p. Keep in mind that they are an open world, except for witched i'm not familiar with that game, so they will be cpu hungry. you should be fine, but if you want more performance you should go for a better GPU.
