I would get a Core i5-4690K build. It would CRUSH the 6300 (at least in gaming).

I agree with zeyuanfu but you could spend a tiny bit less on a core i5 4670k.

In my opinion I think you should go with a Intel and Nvidia based system but it is your choice.

I agree with the Intel+nVidia but not with the 4670K
The 4690K:
1, is Haswell Refresh
2, has better cooling
3, performs better
4, is around the same price/cheaper

You should get the retail version of windows - if anything goes wrong you can't call Microsoft for help with an OEM version.

He also has 2x1tb hdd's in that build so a 120gb ssd should do.I would just get the 2tb seagate to save money.
I would get the evga psu over the corsair by now.

You talk in euro's,but want to buy at i think aria pc? This is a UK shop which is pounds to spend?

quick question? which of these cards would you choose?

Sapphire Radeon R9 280X Dual-X

or

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 WindForce 3x OC 4096MB

I would get the 760 because:
1, AMD drivers are kinda bad... Check the R7 260X reviews on Newegg.
2, Some people will hate me for saying this, but AMD cards tend to be hotter and noisier than nVidia ones.

Try a clear cmos first, read through the motherboard manual to see which jumper to move for that and the "how to".

Not what you want to hear, but rebuild the pc and look at the following points,
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/261145-31-perform-s...
Also maybe try other ouputs for the gpu,vga if possible.

the joys of building your own pc eh? it was for reasons like this i was nearly gonna buy a prebuilt pc just to have customer support.right so vic im gonna start the rebuild and do the checklist[nice 1 for the list] and hopefully ill be back with good news soon.

What do you mean with this?

Try a clear cmos by taking the pc totally of the power,is powercable out of the wallsocket, after that removing the battery from the motherboard for 15min,then putting it back and test again.
