G3258 or G3240?

should i buy G3258 3.2GHz $71.59 instead of G3240 3.1GHz $59.55 (OC wont be considered)

is 100MHz a big difference?

my rig is mainly for dota2

G3240 without overclock is actually better than g3258 even without that extra 100mhz clock speed, because it supports 1600mhz out of the box compared to the G3xxx series which don't.

I agree that 3240 would be a better value for money just because the OP won't OC it and 100MHz difference is negligible, but I fear G3240 doesn't support 1600MHz out of the box:
