Is my GPU doing well?

This is the sensor table from GPU-Z while playing my Skyrim with about 350 mods (2K textures everywhere, ENB, all that good stuff)

EVGA GTX 770 4GB SC ACX

This is the first dedicated graphics card I've owned, and having the computer for less than a month, I'm still getting used to everything. I don't know whether those details are bad, or just normal for a GPU. I mean, I purposely bought this GPU because of the high memory in it (as you can see, I put it all to good use), but is that too much for it? Would it perform better at a lower amount of used VRAM?

Next, and my biggest concern, the temperature. I know that for a CPU, you generally don't want it above 70 (mine never gets above 55), but my GPU peaks at 81 in Watch_Dogs or Skyrim (PS: Skyrim is much more high-drain)

Oh, also, those huge low spikes in it are when I go through loading screens

Just, in general, does that look healthy for my card under load? Thanks guys!
