Help! to assemble a new CPU!

so I was looking forward to building a new cpu for gaming(not so pro) and fast windows experience.
I'm a little tight on budget so please do not suggest anything too over price and please tell were can I save a little money.
CPU- i7 4770 @ 17000rs ~ 280$ I don't overclock
motherboard- h87 gigabyte chipset @ 5000rs ~ 80$ (suggestions please)
RAM- G.skill ripjaws 8GB 1600mhz (x1) @5500~90$
GPU- GTX750ti @10000rs~ 160$ (not so hardcore gamer but still )
PSU- corsair 550watt @3000~50$
Harddisk- 500gb/1tb hdd s@3000-4000 ~ 160-250$
I have everything else
*also I will be making a custom cabinet with fiber glass and tin with adequate cooling system
im not a hardcore gamer but would like to play games like watchdogs , ac4 etc on high settings

SUGGESTIONS PLEASE BUT PLZ DONT EXCEED MY BUDGET
wanna save money where ever i can(my first build)

The motherboard im stating is a H87 chipset gigabyte board fully compatible with the processor(told by the shopkeeper)
BUt if any good/better h87 motherboard around 5000-6000rs ~~~100$ plz suggest. Thanks

From lamington road /mumbai. U can also get it cheap @nehru place @ delhi
