Hey there,

I'm trying to run my memory in XMP Profile 1 which is at 2133Mhz but when I do the system won't boot at all, it just beeps continuous. XMP Profile 2 is 1600Mhz which runs fine.

Motherboard: Gigabyte G1.Assassin 2 rev.1.0
Cpu: Intel i7 3820 LGA 2011
Memory: 2 sets of Kingston HyperX Predator DDR3 2x8gb 2133Mhz

I think that's all I need to list so you know what I'm working with. Im not sure if its because I have 2 sets of 2x8gb memory when I'm probably suppose to be running one set of quad channel memory. Could it be my CPU that is the problem?

I'd like any help you can offer me,

Thanks!

Could be a few things, first though would be mixing the sets of DRAM, why not try raising the DRAM voltage to 1.7 and raise the VCCSA voltage to 1.2 and give it a try (and while in BIOS take a look at the DRAM advanced timings for the tRFC and see what it's at, have a feeling it may be low, prob want about 260
