what to buy to record on xbox360?

What I have to buy or to do to be able to record/make videos on xbox 360 console???
I see alot of people making videos on youtube from their xbox 360 but I dont know what I have to get/buy.
I need your help, thanks!

They probably use a very nice-quality video camera perfectly positioned and mounted at the HD television screen.

You can buy a Roxio game capture for the xbox360/ps3. With it you can record in HD your gaming, add some comments to it and share it on youtube.

But I can use it only with my console and my tv or I must connect it to a pc?
I connect it to the console and record but I think I have to connect it to a pc to share the content on youtube, right?

It is connected to both a PC and TV at the same time so while recording it is writing data to the PC hard drive.
