moderate gaming computer, mainly for running programs like eclipse and others like it, but also emulators for android phone apps, i would perfer intel, but will go with amd if it is the better way.

Outlander is always suggesting AMD and I am not sure why.. Go with a 4150, it performs better than the 6300 at most games and costs the same. And obviously the 4570 would be way better than both of those. Build I would suggest:
