Neither is very good but the cxm sucks a little less. The cx(m) series suffers from cheap capacitors, but the FSP is a very outdated design(released a decade ago) it can only deliver 285w on the 12v rail which is extremely poor for a supposed 500w unit nowadays.

Thank you for the reply! A quick question. If you had the choice of buying the FSP for £15 or the CXM for £30, which would you go for? Thanks again!
