Will this PC build be compatible, overclockable, and just plain awesome???

I have this PC build which half of it is already shipped but after a few days of wait my anxiety got the hold of me and I began over-analyzing everything about my parts. It's the reason why I've been making so many threads in the first place. But anyways, I need help to see if this PC build will be compatible with each-other, to be easily overclockable, and to be able to play every game that has existed as of now with at-least over 560 FPS on max (in a 1680x1050 resolution screen, 1080p quality). Here's the build:

Motherboard: MSI ATX Z97 Gaming 5
Graphics Card: EVGA GTX 770 (2GB)
Processor: Intel Core i5 4690k
RAM Memory: Kingston HyperX FURY 8GB Kit (2x4GB)
Drive: WD Blue 1TB Desktop HDD
Power Supply: Corsair CX 750 Watts (80+ Bronze)
Chassis: (Mid-Tower ATX) Phantom 410
DVD Drive: Asus 24x DVD-RW Serial-ATA Internal OEM Optical Drive DRW-24B1ST (Black)

Anyways, I intend to use this PC to be able to 4k edit smoothly on Vegas Pro 13, along with some 4k picture editing on Photoshop ;) But this PC is mostly just heavy duty gaming, Watch Dogs, Far Cry 3, Crysis 3, Skyrim (With a truck-load of mods), Fallout NV (Also heavy modding). Even games that shouldn't normally be a problem I'll load with a crap of texture mods, such as Minecraft and GTA 4. Heck, I even play Star Wars Battlefront 2 with texture mods and maxing the crap out of it. And of course, I expect the computer to take this all and without too much trouble (stuttering shouldn't be much of a problem, absolutely no lag, no tearing, and of course high FPS). I'd also like for the PC to be future-proofed for at least till the end of 2015 (besides having to by an SSD).

So what do you think? Can this take all of what I said? Would this babe even work?

looks fine, couldv've chosen a better motehrboard, you will need 16gb of ram for your editing in 4k etc, it'll last till 2015 on high I'd say, for now though, ultra on 1080p 40-60fps is what you'll get, could've gotten a better psu, your one is quite...bad. But it'll work, and no oc, you don't have a cpu cooler

It WILL work, but it won't be ideal.
1, You need an i7 for 4K editing
2, If you will max out the settings and add lots of mods, a 780 might be better
3, G.SKILL is better than Kingston, but only slightly
4, CX units are made with cheap parts, I would suggest the EVGA SuperNOVA 750 B2 for about the same price.

Ya, I guess I made up mistakes in my order. But will it at least be able to handle most of the stuff I use it for? I'm not doing any hefty overclocking either, just maybe about 4.0 or 4.2 GHz. I'm getting a Hyper 212 EVO CPU cooler.

The Corsair CX will be fine. I'm sure it will run perfectly fine for a year, and by then you might want to look into a different PSU.

Agreed. I think a lot of people have the wrong conception of the CX series. Yes,you can get a higher quality PSU for maybe $20 more, but it's not like these PSUs are firecrackers waiting to happen. I have a friend who has a 750W CX in his rig and he's had it for maybe two or three years.

The 212 EVO is a great budget cooler for achieving a clock within that range.
