Graphics Display Mini Horizontal and Vertical Line

So I have a DELL Latitude e5440 laptop, I tried to play city car driving, and after 30 minutes I saw 1 green line, I thought it was a game problem, but when I finished it didn't dissapear, so please help me, is there a way to dissasemble the laptop and change the graphics card???

Processor: Intel Core i5-4300U CPU @ 1.90GHz 2.50GHz
RAM: 4.00GB
Operation system: Windows 8.1 Pro, 64-bit

Hi, if you can, try an external monitor, if you have not the green line on the external, then, your screen may be defective.

I tried on my TV with HDMI cable, there was no line, I was really suprised

So, your GPU should be fine, what you can verify, is the cable for the screen, the problem should not be the cable, but who knows. You have to remove the screen and verify at the back of the screen the cable, maybe you will have to remove it and reconnect.
